I recently ran across three examples of using copywriting to surprise and charm. For a moment, each of these items seemed to be saying in it’s own way, “thank you for your purchase and welcome again”:

An etching on the inside of a headset, set above the ear cushions, saying

A hidden message, just for you

A bean-like figure and a speech bubble stating

Words of encouragement to each patron

A golden foil from a package of butter, with the brand logo and a short thank you note on behalf of the workers and milk farmers involved in the production

A thank you note to remind us of the people behind the product
